| The TCU Percussion Studio, under the direction of Dr. Brian A. West, is dedicated to maximizing percussion education through a wide variety of performing ensembles and a closely supervised private lesson structure. The size of the studio (kept around 25-30 students) enables all students to receive a variety of performance opportunities and much individual attention. The emphasis of the studio is to give all students a well-rounded knowledge of percussion. |

New Percussion Ensemble CD - Escape Velocity The TCU Percussion Studio announces the release of their second Percussion Ensemble CD, Escape Velocity. Pre-release sales of the CD will start at PASIC '09 in Indianapolis. The international commercial release will be on December 1, 2009 on Albany Records. Click here for more information. |
| TCU Drumline Camp 2009 - August 13-23 The Fall 2009 TCU Drumline Camp will run August 13-23. Dorm check-in for drumline members is Wednesday, August 12 from 3:00 - 7:00pm in the Kelly Center. Drumline auditions will be held Thursday, August 13 starting at 9:00am in the band hall in the Walsh Center, Room 104.
